Shipping & Delivery

Most orders ship within 24-48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Once shipped, delivery times are in the hands of the carrier. We don’t issue refunds or discounts for carrier delays.

If your order is marked “delivered” by the carrier but cannot be found, please check your mailbox, alternate entrances, or with neighbors before contacting us.
