Joe Bucher Outdoors Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because our products are handcrafted and designed for serious anglers, we do have a few important guidelines around refunds and returns.

Product Variations

Every Joe Bucher lure is unique. Small differences in paint patterns, tails, glitter, blades, or eye colors are part of the custom process. These variations are not considered defects. If you’d like to know exactly what’s in stock before ordering, reach out to us and we’ll help where possible.

Returns

  • All returns are subject to approval prior to being sent back.
  • You have 30 days from your purchase date to request a return.

  • Items must be unused, in the original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • To start a return, email us at info@joebuchertacklestore.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, you’ll receive the return address. You’re responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method or as store credit. Please allow up to 14 business days for processing.

Defective Products

If you believe your product is defective, notify us within 20 days of delivery. We’ll review the issue and may request the product back for inspection. If it’s confirmed defective, we’ll issue a refund.

Please note: cosmetic differences, lost eyes, tails coming off after use, or damage caused by fish or impact with rocks, bridges, or wood are not considered defects.

In addition, Please note that all legacy Joe Bucher Outdoors products are sold AS IS. Because these items were manufactured under the previous operation, they are not covered by the Joe Bucher Tackle warranty, replacement, or satisfaction guarantee. All sales of these legacy products are final.

All newly manufactured Joe Bucher Tackle products are proudly made in the USA, individually tested for quality, and backed by our warranty and quality standards. This policy applies only to the remaining legacy Joe Bucher Outdoors inventory.

All gift card sales are final. Gift cards cannot be refunded or used toward free shipping promotions.
